자격 요건

• SCM 또는 구매·물류 관련 분야에서 2~5년 이상의 실무 경험
• 공급망 관리, 물류, 경영학 등 관련 전공의 학사 또는 전문학사 학위
• ERP 시스템 사용 경험 필수
• Microsoft Office 및 Excel 고급 수준의 활용 능력
• 서면 및 구두 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수
• 세밀한 주의력, 우수한 시간 관리 능력, 엄격한 일정 준수 태도
• 공급망 비용 절감 및 프로세스 개선 실무 경험

주요 업무 및 책임

• 구매 및 물류 관련 데이터 수집, 분석 및 해석
• 데이터 기반의 비용 절감 및 운영 효율화 전략 수립
• 수리적 분석 및 모델링을 통한 SCM 성과 개선
• 유통사를 통한 재고 및 물류 흐름 관리 – 납기 지연 및 품절 방지
• 제품 규격 준수 및 비효율 재고(dead stock) 관리로 비용 통제 및 계약 이행 점검
• 구매 및 물류 팀의 리서치, 데이터 분석 및 프로젝트 지원

복리후생

1. 건강보험(Extended Health Benefit) - 입사 후 3개월 뒤에 적용됩니다 (덴탈,침,마사지,안경 등등). 2년 이상 근무 시 더 좋은 베네핏으로 업그레이드 됩니다.
2. 휴가수당(Vacation Pay) - 베케이션 페이가 적립되어 휴가나 필요하실 때에 요청하실 수 있습니다.
3. 초과 근무수당(Overtime Pay) - 하루 8시간 이상 일하셨을때 캐나다 법에 따라 임금의 1.5배 혹은 2배 지급됩니다.
4. 휴일수당(Holiday Pay) - 공휴일에 캐나다 법에 따라 페이가 지급됩니다.
5. 유급점심시간(Paid Lunch Hour) - 일하시는 시간은 7.5시간이지만 점심시간 30분 포함된 8시간으로 페이해드립니다.
6. 유급병가(Paid Sick Leave) - 캐나다 법에 따라 유급 병가 5일 무급 병가 3일 지급됩니다.

Inno Foods Group is a Global Food Production Facility in the high-end luxury snack industry. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist who can manage all Supply Chain activities of assigned suppliers and assist our purchasing/supply chain team. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable, and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Minimum 2-5 years’ experience with the Supply Chain is required.

Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Obtain, analyze, and interpret supply chain relevant data.

• Use analysis results to improve supply chain processes, performance and to reduce costs.

• Perform analyses with this data using analytical models and mathematical analysis.

• Oversee Supply Chain and inventory through our Distributors to eliminate delivery issues and stock-outs.

• Manage item compliance and dead stock to ensure costs are managed and contract terms followed.

• Support the Procurement and Supply Chain team with research and special projects as assigned.

Your qualifications and skills:

• 2-5 years experience in a Procurement and Supply Chain field and in a high volume and fast pace environment.

• A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or other related fields.

• Experienced in identifying and implementing supply chain cost mitigation and savings opportunities.

• Experienced in ERP system is a must

• Proficiency and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

• Exceptional attention to details, time management skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
