We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product development process, from concept through production. You will work closely with designers, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that products are developed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in Flex PLM, tracking all product details, specifications, and development progress.

• Organize Workflows: Coordinate daily tasks that adhere to GTM (Go-To-Market) deliverables and development timelines to ensure seamless operations.

• Sample Management: Collaborate with designers to complete samples and maintain prototype samples, ensuring they meet design and quality standards.

• Problem Solving: Analyze and address any production challenges or issues that arise during the development process, finding solutions that align with company standards and timelines.

• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a bridge between design, production, and merchandising teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication throughout the product lifecycle.

• Technical Specifications: Conduct detailed technical specifications and design briefs for sample development and production, ensuring clarity and precision.

• Vendor Coordination: Work with manufacturers by monitoring supplier performance, managing delivery schedules, negotiating prices, and analyzing product costs to maintain budget efficiency.

• Shipping and Logistics: Generate shipping labels to route development samples and color standards to vendors, accurately logging all details into sample tracking tools for transparency and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in product development, preferably within the fashion industry

• Proficiency in Flex PLM or similar product lifecycle management software.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management is a plus.
